PLEADING GOLDEN BIRD

Once there was a golden bird perching on a golden tree

Used to fly high and free

But once came a cruel hunter

Trapped her in the cage of corruption and dirty politics

The golden bird dreams to fly

On seeing other birds in the sky

The hunter threatens her to kill

But she is filled with hope and will

She knows that the politics of vote bank

Made the boat of development sank

The bird is worried of the golden tree

But the hunter is not letting her free

The bird knows its not late 

But there is no time to wait

We must wake up

And send the hunter to the lockup

Alas! the hunter is roaming free

And sucking the golden tree

We need to be strong

And must not bear him long

The hunter must be punished

Or the nation will be finished..
